With over 35 years of litigation and strategic planning experience, David Eriksen can help you resolve civil cases in a cost-effective manner. After spending 14 years at a major law firm handling a variety of negligence cases, David became General Counsel for a long-term care company. He mediated numerous medical negligence claims and managed many of the business aspects of the company.

David is a certified as a mediator by the South Texas College of Law and holds an M.B.A. and J.D. degree from St. Mary's University.
